  1. How Pin4Ever Collects Information

    1. Information is collected from visitors to the website through the use of technological tools such as "Web Log Data" and "Cookies," which are further explained below.

    2. Pin4ever collects information that is provided by you voluntarily during the registration and verification of your Account, when you update your Account details, and when you use certain features of our website or Service (such as entering your email on the "Contact Us" form).

    3. For your convenience, Pin4Ever will automatically read your public Pinterest username and your Pinterest email address, and use these items to create a Pin4Ever account for you. Pin4Ever will not request such private information from you by either telephone or email. Payments for Pin4Ever Service subscriptions are handled exclusively through PayPal

    Pin4Ever retains information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. In addition, Pin4Ever may retain Personal Information from closed Accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any monies owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law.

    As Pin4Ever is not intended for use by children under age 13, information will not be knowingly collected from them.
